The Role and You

We’re looking for a Barista who believes in the power of people & a person who always believes that today is going to be a good day. You will have a genuine passion for coffee making as well as a natural ability to thrive in a busy environment and always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times. We want you to help your Managers and colleagues to generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity whilst recognising the positive impact you can have on someone’s day. You will also be actively encouraged to play a role in your local communities through our volunteering program because ‘taking care of people’ is one of life’s greatest skills. We think everybody deserves the chance to work with us. We’re proud to work with a number of organisations that support people with disabilities, prison leavers & people that have experienced homelessness into work. Compensation

Lowest range (Age 20 and under) £10.85 + Average Tronc per hour & Highest range (Age 21 and over) £12.71 + Average Tronc Per hour.
