The role and You

We’re looking for a Waiter / Waitress who thrives on talking to people, bringing great energy, and making genuine connections. You believe in the power of people and show up every day ready to create a positive atmosphere that others can feel. You’ll be naturally engaging, warm, and confident in conversation—someone who lifts the room, makes guests feel seen, and ensures everyone leaves having had a brilliant time.

We want you to work closely with your managers to build a culture full of energy, loyalty, and opportunity—recognising that your attitude and interactions can genuinely shape someone’s day for the better. You will also be actively encouraged to play a role in your local communities through our volunteering program because ‘taking care of people’ is one of life’s greatest skills.

We think everybody deserves the chance to work with us. We’re proud to work with a number of organisations that support people with disabilities, prison leavers & people who have experienced homelessness into work. We do not ask about prison history in our application process & are also disability confident employers. If you feel you’d have a fairer chance at working with us by using a different name or leaving off your age, ethnicity or gender on your application then go for it. If you need any further adjustments to our recruitment process to make it fairer for you then please let us know.
