The role and You:
We’relooking for a Barista / FOH, who believes in the power of people & a person who always believes that todayis going to be a good day.
You will have a genuine passion for coffee making as well ashave a natural ability to thrive in a busyenvironmentandalways ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
Wewant you to help your Managers and colleagues to generate a culture of loyalty,positivity and opportunity whilst recognising the positive impact you can haveon someone's day.
You will also beactively encouraged to play a role in your local communities through ourvolunteering program because ‘taking care of people’ is one of life’s greatestskills.

Compensation advertised is based on –
Lowest range (Age 20 and under) £10.85 + Average Tronc per hour & Highest range (Age 21 and over) £12.71 + Average Tronc Per hour.
