The Bread Factory is the UK's leading artisan bakery.
Founded by Gail Meija in 1993, The Bread Factory, originally known as Gail Force, began by supplying some of London's most prestigious restaurants, including many with Michelin stars.

- Contracted hours: 45 hours – Full Time
- Working Hours: 11pm - 8am
- Hourly rate of £14.10 per hour (bi-weekly pay)
- Shift Pattern: Mon-Sun, any 5 days out of 7

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
- Supporting the oven team with baking our hand-crafted artisan breads
- Loading and unloading bread from ovens safely and efficiently
- Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure top-quality products
- Learning to identify when products are baked to perfection
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Keeping your workspace organised and assisting with cleaning routines
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
