The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery that makes deliciously crafted bread, cakes, and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL’s bakeries, neighbourhood grocery stores, restaurants, and more!
As our teams grow, we are looking for our next Warehouse Operative. A valid Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licence, along with a full UK driving licence, is required.
Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
- Loading and unloading materials from a variety of vehicles
- Ensuring all stock is in the correct place and is correctly stored within the respective locations
- Supporting stock checks and maintaining stock accuracy
- Ensure all stock is handled correctly to minimize the risk of damage
- Examining and reporting on products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Keeping the warehouse, working areas, and grounds clean and tidy at all times
- Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the trucks and ensuring equipment works
- Follow Company Health and Safety guidelines
