The Bread Factory in Milton Keynes is seeking a quality & compliance auditor to uphold HACCP, BRCGS and retailer standards across production, packaging and distribution.
You will perform line checks, monitor CCP/CP checks, report non-conformances, support internal audits and help drive continuous improvements.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, especially bakery, is preferred.
