Lead and grow our \'Growing Bakers\' apprenticeship programme, ensuring it meets operational needs and industry standards. Create clear development pathways for all roles, from production level to senior leadership. Implement a skills matrix to track and guide progression. Deliver engaging leadership and people-management training for emerging and established leaders. Support succession planning and nurture talent across the business. Design and deliver a blend of on-the-job, classroom, and digital learning with our operational experts. Champion digital learning tools and oversee our LMS. Manage compliance training and lead our L&D trainers to deliver high-quality, legally compliant learning. Partner with Production, Operations, Technical, and People teams to embed a strong learning culture.
