The Bread Factory in London is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to keep our bakery equipment running smoothly. You will handle maintenance tasks, respond to breakdowns, and fault-find PLCs to input/output levels, while ensuring HACCP standards are met.
We value engineers with electrical and mechanical skills, NVQ3 or equivalent, and ideally an HNC; CMMS experience and knowledge of OEE help drive performance. Shift work includes day and night patterns with on-site duties.
