About us;
The Bread Factory is a long-established business specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality breads, pastries and cakes across the UK. We have an award-winning artisan bakery that looks and operates differently, and our goal is to make world-class bread that everyone can enjoy. The company’s focus is on freshly baked artisan products, along with excellent customer service. Our Manchester business has been baking since 2017.
As our team grows we are looking for an experienced high-level Baker who is as passionate about bread as we are. You will need to be able to manage and produce high-quality bread through deck ovens, and rack ovens and able to manage the flow of a prover. This means you need to have excellent knowledge of dough and proofing.

- Have at least two to four years’ experience making artisanal bread, including sourdough starters and oven work.

We are looking for full-time bakers, working 9 hours per day, 5 days out of 7 on rolling rota totalling 45 hours
- Shift time: 10:00am till finish
- Salary: £13.70 to £15.00 subject to experience
