The Bread Factory in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead our growing bakery production team at the MK site.

You will oversee daily production, coach Line Leaders, ensure on-time delivery of artisan goods, and uphold food hygiene and safety standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage shift planning and reporting, and maintain exceptional product quality under pressure.
