As our teams grow, we seek our next Warehouse Manager to join our Milton Keynes Team.

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless goods-in and goods-out processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximise productivity and optimise warehouse layout.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Liaise with internal teams such as production, logistics, and procurement to ensure operational alignment.
- Work closely with suppliers, delivery drivers, and external stakeholders to manage relationships and resolve any issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to senior management.
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and addressing repairs promptly.

- Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Tropos and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
