As a Customer Care Administrator, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, managing customer orders, and increasing sales from certain existing customers. You will work closely with our team to support day-to-day office administration and handle customer inquiries with a professional and friendly approach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Receive customer calls and emails, working closely with customers to amend or update orders as needed.
  • Address customer questions, issues, and complaints promptly, always ensuring excellent customer care.
  • Provide account administration support, including interdepartmental reporting and paperwork.
  • Maintain responsibility for day-to-day office administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Review and file all technical paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all tasks and customer needs are managed in a timely manner.
  • Continuously contribute to customer satisfaction and support the Office Manager/Sales Executive and Bakery Manager in achieving sales targets.

About You:

  • Have an excellent customer service focus and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Possess a good telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Have good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Bread Management System (BMS).
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Can handle pressure and meet daily deadlines effectively.
  • Have great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Are passionate about food products and delivering outstanding customer service.
