Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

Contract: Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience for our guests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.
  • Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.
  • Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
  • Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
  • Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally, referring them to the line manager if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Hands-on and proactive approach
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management
