Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.
Salary: Up to £ Per Year - Full Time Role Part Time Role - Up to £15 Per Hour Fixed Hours Contract - 15 - 20 - 30 Hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience for our guests.
- Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.
- Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.
- Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
- Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
- Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally, referring them to the line manager if necessary.
