We are seeking a passionate, organised, and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Braywood. This role is about more than supervising and delegating. It is about taking ownership of the restaurant operation, supporting and working closely with our Assistant Restaurant Manager, leading by example on the floor, driving standards, and being fully accountable for the guest experience, daily procedures, and operational checks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly at all times, with a strong focus on service standards, checklist completion, team discipline, and attention to detail. They will set the tone for the team through their presence, attitude, and commitment to excellence, helping grow the role through consistency, leadership, and hands-on involvement in the operation.
