About the role
As a Support Worker at Brandon Trust, youll be part of something meaningfulsupporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities to live life in the way that suits them best.Whether its helping someone pursue a new hobby, build routines, plan a trip, attend their work, maintain their house or simply enjoy their day, youll be working alongside them to make it happen.
Youll support with day-to-day activities like shopping, cooking, and managing health needsalways led by the persons own preferences and goals.
Youll also support with personal care.This means helping people with washing, dressing, and other essential personal routines. Its a vital part of enabling people to live with dignity, choice, and independence. Personal care is always delivered in a respectful and person-centred way, in line witheach individual\’sneeds and preferences.
