What you’ll do

As a Senior Growth Manager, you will drive new business and strategic growth across Landor’s full range of services—from brand strategy and identity to experience design, culture, and digital transformation.

You’ll lead pitches, manage incoming leads, and build relationships across Landor and WPP to help us win exciting new work.

  • Lead pitch processes from the initial brief through to proposal writing, chemistry meetings, and final presentations.
  • Represent and champion all of Landor’s core offers, including Strategy, Design, Experience, Culture, and Brand Performance.
  • Qualify inbound leads by researching prospective clients, their business challenges, and their market context to decide if it's the right fit.
  • Work with subject matter experts across the business to build winning pitch teams and pull together compelling proposals.
  • Partner with Finance to lead commercial negotiations, set fees, define scopes, and manage project pricing.
  • Research agency competitors to understand their offers and use those insights to shape Landor’s winning pitch strategy.
  • Brief pitch teams thoroughly using desk research, brand data, and network insights so everyone understands the client's big challenges.
  • Partner with WPP teams and internal growth networks to identify cross-selling opportunities and re-engage lapsed clients.
  • Use our marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership to connect with prospects and warm up new business leads.
  • Support the Growth Leadership team in tracking revenue targets, forecasting pitch pipelines, and building growth plans.
  • Use AI tools intelligently to speed up prospect research, competitive analysis, and pitch prep.
  • What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in business development, growth, or senior client management within a creative or branding agency.
  • A broad understanding of full-service branding, including strategy, visual identity, physical/digital experience, and company culture.
  • Proven track record of running successful, organized pitch processes and delivering proposals under tight deadlines.
  • Commercial confidence with experience managing pitch budgets, fee negotiations, and contract scopes.
  • Great storytelling skills with the ability to find the creative "hook" that makes a proposal stand out from the competition.
  • Confidence presenting to and building relationships with senior brand leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to quickly get up to speed on a prospective client’s business model and industry challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset with a talent for bringing multidisciplinary teams together under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the wider agency landscape, competitor positioning, and modern marketing trends.
  • Natural networking abilities to build strong relationships across internal agency teams and partner networks.
