We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our London studio. The People Assistant is a key position in the Landor and Design Bridge and Partners People teams being the first point of contact for employees on people related queries. They are the friendly face welcoming new employees on their first day, creating a warm atmosphere to settle them in. The People Assistant is the proud gatekeeper for our employee data, ensuring accuracy of this, and keeping our systems up to date. They provide support across all areas of the People Function such as Employee Lifecycle, Reward & Recognition, Career Development, Engagement, Benefits Administration, and managing the HRIS and payroll systems. Attention to detail and clear communication are vital in this role, ensuring we maintain high standards and compliance across all aspects of the People Function.
What you’ll do
You will be the primary point of contact for the lifecycle of an employee at Landor and Design Bridge and Partners from the moment they sign their contract to the day they move on. This role balances heavy administration with a drive to improve company culture and employee engagement. You will be involved in areas including onboarding, leavers, learning and development initiatives, payroll, compensation and benefits as well as ad-hoc tasks and administration.
