The food brand team plays a pivotal role – both in creating meaningful experiences for customers and in telling engaging stories – we are the voice of the Nando’s brand.

The Food Brand Executive supports the Head of Food Marketing, Food Brand Manager, and the wider Customer Team to realize our brand beautifully in-restaurant, bringing our food to life and creating enjoyable and uplifting experiences for customers.

Supports in:

  • Design, distribution, stock, and budget management of the annual cycle of national and trial menus (printed and digital) to ensure menus are executed on time and to a high standard.
  • Working closely with our design and print agencies to deliver and manage the design, stock, and costs of all in-restaurant collateral.
  • Ensuring our restaurant touchpoints strategy is adhered to and restaurant POS/collateral is presented correctly in our restaurants nationally to deliver a consistently brilliant brand & food experience.
  • Creating clear and engaging communications to restaurants and troubleshooting queries to ensure we provide best-in-class support to our restaurant colleagues.
  • Being the Food Brand Rep at Menu Implementation Weekly meetings, ensuring that menu plans are executed as per the agreed menu strategy and plans.
  • Writing communications to restaurants to notify them of menu and POS/collateral changes and providing guidance for executing to a high standard.
  • Managing the product naming process end-to-end to ensure menu items are on-brand and clearly represented to customers.
  • Contributing to restaurant, food, and marketing insights in monthly team meetings.

The Candidate should be/possess:

  • 2-3+ years in project management roles, able to deliver projects on time and within budget – brand or marketing experience preferred but not essential.
  • A background in hospitality, retail, or FMCG is advantageous.
  • A brilliant starter-finisher mindset, with a positive, can-do approach.
  • Highly organized, with structured thinking and very strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, strong communicator who can keep stakeholders informed and up-to-date.
  • Excellent relationship and influencing skills, capable of bringing stakeholders along to hit objectives.
  • Able to juggle different priorities simultaneously, stay calm under pressure, and know when to ask for support or escalate issues.
  • Collaborative and willing to work with other team members.

Bonus: Enjoys keeping up with emerging food & cultural trends and/or interested in marketing/branding.
