The opportunity

You’re building confidence as a day-to-day partner amongst the team. You keep workstreams on track, translate feedback into clear actions, and support quality delivery. You’ll learn to connect commercial health to creative momentum and help teams land work with impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear and timely between them and our teams for defined workstreams.
  • Work with Strategy and Creative to develop and present recommendations to clients.
  • Create presentations that make complex information easy for clients to understand and act on.
  • Manage project delivery against brief, timeline, budget, and margin targets, raising issues early.
  • Prepare monthly billing and work with Finance to ensure invoices and documentation are correct.
  • Build and manage project budgets and timing plans, monitoring spend and adjusting as needed.
  • Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Finance to surface problems, find solutions, and keep approvals moving.
  • Contribute to proposals, cost estimates and scopes, making sure the commercial side makes sense for the business and client.
  • Start gathering client, industry and business intelligence to help contextualise client challenges and frame to teams in support of project delivery.
  • Escalate issues early with options and follow through reliably, even when things get complex.
