WHO WE ARE
Accenture Song is the creative, design, and tech‑powered heart of Accenture — a collective born from over 40 world‑renowned studios and agencies. We marry world‑class creativity with deep technology, harnessing insight, imagination and innovation to shape the future of brands, businesses and customer experiences.

YOUR ROLE
As a Product Designer within our Design & Digital Products team, you’ll combine strong creative craft with clear strategic thinking to deliver meaningful, brand‑led digital experiences. Working closely with Strategists, Content Designers, Service Designers and Developers, you’ll help shape how brands show up in the world — translating ideas into elegant, usable and emotionally engaging digital products. You’ll contribute confidently to creative direction, while remaining deeply hands‑on in execution. Our team is made up of people from different cultures, disciplines and ways of thinking — and that diversity fuels better work. You’ll bring your own perspective, creative energy and curiosity, helping us push ideas further and create work with heart, openness and boldness.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Relevant experience in digital product design
  • Experience working across the full design lifecycle: planning, research, concepting, UX and UI
  • Confident operating in a brand‑led environment, not just functional product design

Design Craft & Creativity

  • Strong UI craft and visual polish, with a clear point of view on:
  • Typography
  • Colour and layout
  • Iconography, illustration and graphic elements
  • High proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC
  • Ability to create beautiful, well‑considered prototypes and polished outputs
  • A strong appreciation for brand systems and how to evolve them creatively, not just apply them
  • Experience with motion, animation or interactive transitions is a plus
  • Systems, Accessibility & Technology

    • Strong experience in design system creation, maintenance and contribution
    • Solid understanding of accessibility guidelines and designing to industry‑recognised standards
    • A working understanding of AI and emerging technologies, and how they can inform more impactful design work

    Thinking, Ownership & Delivery

    • Able to take ownership of end‑to‑end design execution, with support from design leads
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing ideas early, not just refining late
    • Strong attention to detail, with a mindset focused on continuously raising quality
    • Ability to translate user, business and technical considerations into clear, coherent design decisions

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Design brand‑led digital products and campaign experiences from concept through to delivery
    • Create high‑quality UX and UI artefacts, including:
    • Sketches and concepts
    • Wireframes and user flows
    • Screen designs and interactive prototypes
  • Deliver interfaces that feel like natural extensions of the brand, balancing creativity with usability
  • Improve existing products through thoughtful iteration and strong creative judgment
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency while allowing room for expression
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers and researchers to deliver integrated solutions
  • Present your work clearly, explaining:
    • The thinking behind design decisions
    • The impact and outcomes of the work, not just the outputs
  • Participate in client sessions and pitch work, supporting new business with confident design input
  • Work alongside junior designers, contributing to a culture of feedback, craft and learning (without formal line management)
  • MINDSET & COLLABORATION

    • Passionate about design craft and always pushing for better quality
    • Confident sharing ideas and engaging in healthy critique
    • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable challenging briefs and thinking differently
    • Collaborative by nature, raising the standard of work around you
    • Curious, culturally aware and creatively inspired both in and outside of work

    THINGS TO NOTE

    • Some of our clients require background checks. You will need to complete a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) to confirm your identity, criminal record, right to work and residency.
    • Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client’s office to work collaboratively.
    • We are building a team that represents the diversity of our society and we are looking for people who will be a cultural add, not a cultural fit.
