We now have a vacancy for a Civils Development Manager, supporting our branches in Cinderford. In this external sales role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Civils business with existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities, and calling on sites and customers. Through reports and analysis, you will regularly review customer and product performance to maximise sales and profitability. Working closely with the sales and branch teams, you will play a key part in helping to achieve budget and targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand Civils business with existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities, and calling on sites and customers.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Self-motivated, passionate about customer service, able to drive sales, identify new business opportunities as well as influence and negotiate with confidence.
  • Having experience of the industry and knowledge of civils products are desirable but not essential as full training can be provided.
