Role Description

The Bradford Bulls Foundation supports Bradford communities by providing opportunities for all ages and abilities to participate in sports and healthy recreation. The foundation offers mental health programs and activities that aid in personal growth and social well‑being for young people. Our programs are designed to enhance physical and mental health, build character, and foster a sense of community.

We’re expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and formalising roles to support our growing workload. From heritage walks to inclusive match‑day experiences, our Foundation is thriving—and we want you to be part of it.

Position: Full‑time/Fixed‑term (dependent on funding)
Salary: £21,372 for 30 hours (£26,715 pro‑rata)
Location: Odsal Stadium, Bradford (surrounding areas also)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver community events like fun days, school outreach, and heritage exhibitions.
  • Coordinate projects that engage diverse communities across Bradford.
  • Collaborate with local partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to design and deliver inclusive experiences.
  • Help shape the future of our Foundation through creativity, organisation, and heart.

Qualifications

  • Experience in event planning and/or project coordination Essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills Essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement Essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Essential
  • Experience working with schools or community groups Desirable
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management Essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools Essential
  • Understanding of Bradford’s local communities Desirable
  • Up‑to‑date enhanced DBS (willing to undertake one) Essential
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport Desirable
  • Coaching badges – experience in delivering engaging and fun sessions Desirable
