The Box is seeking a commercially minded Digital Growth Manager to own acquisition, activation, retention across digital channels and the membership funnel.

This newly created role offers real ownership and direct impact on revenue in a fast-growing SME environment.

You will lead a full-funnel lifecycle from acquisition to renewal, running an always-on programme of experiments, managing our agency partner, and coordinating with content and internal teams to hit growth targets.
