Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a Weekend Receptionist for their award-winning BMW & MINI Centre on Preston Docklands.
The Role:
Includes but is not limited to:
- Meet and greet customers and visitors and serve hot/cold refreshments
- Answer and manage the telephone system
- Accurately record calls and visits and relay messages in a timely manner
- Manage customer waiting area and showroom
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Self-motivated
- A mature, friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An effective communicator
- Well-presented and personable
- Previous experience is not essential for the role as full training will be provided
- The ability to multi task and work under pressure
- IT literacy
Working hours are every Saturday 8.30am β 5pm, plus bank holidays 11am β 4pm.
