Bowker Motor Group is recruiting for a Trainee Sales Administrator to join the team at their Preston Docklands site working across the new Chery, Changan and Lepas brands.

No previous experience or qualifications are required. We are simply looking for someone with a positive attitude, good computer skills and a willingness to learn.

As a Trainee Sales Administrator, you'll support our busy sales team with a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Taxing/registering sold vehicles
  • Maintaining vehicle files
  • Completing all administration paperwork for vehicle sales
  • Communicating with colleagues across different departments
  • Ensuring information is accurate and up to date
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with an unpaid lunch break of 60 minutes.
