LEPAS has recently become the latest Chery International brand to join the growing Bowker Motor Group automotive portfolio. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our brand-new dealership on Preston Docklands, opening in Summer 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new franchise launch and help shape the success of the dealership from day one.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be central to our business growth, selling vehicles and associated products while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with a welcoming and personalised experience
  • Building customer loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring all requirements are met
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers, providing updates on orders and arranging handover dates
  • Carrying out high-quality, accurate appraisals of part-exchange vehicles
  • Delivering bespoke demonstrations of vehicle features and specifications
  • Managing and developing customer relationships to support long-term brand loyalty
  • Collaborating with the Sales Management team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Supporting showroom presentation standards, ensuring vehicles are clean and well displayed
  • Maintaining an organised customer database and following up on leads using relevant systems

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm on a rota basis.

Skills & Experience

Applicants must have proven experience within automotive sales, be well presented and have exceptional communication skills, together with:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Quality awareness
  • Full UK driving licence
