Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a full-time Receptionist/Showroom Host for their award-winning BMW & MINI Centre on Preston Docklands.
The Role:
- Welcome customers and visitors and serve hot/cold refreshments
- Answer and manage the telephone system
- Accurately record calls and visits and relay messages in a timely manner
- Manage customer waiting area and showroom
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience is not essential for the role as full training will be provided, however the role does require:
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Self-motivated
- A mature, friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An effective communicator
- Well-presented and personable
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- IT literate
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, with an unpaid lunch break of 60 minutes.
