Porsche Centre Bolton has a rare vacancy for a full-time Showroom Host/Receptionist to join the team.
The Role:
- Welcome customers and visitors and serve hot/cold refreshments
- Answer and manage the telephone system
- Accurately record calls and visits and relay messages in a timely manner
- Manage customer waiting area and showroom
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Self-motivated
- A mature, friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An effective communicator
- Well-presented and personable
- Previous experience in a customer facing role would be a distinct advantage
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- IT literacy
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
