Porsche Centre Bolton has an exciting opportunity for a Bi-Weekly Weekend Showroom Host to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands, based at their site in Bolton.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers and visitors and serve hot/cold refreshments
- Answer and manage the telephone system
- Accurately record calls and visits and relay messages in a timely manner
- Manage customer waiting area and showroom
Skills & Experience
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Self‑motivated
- A mature, friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An effective communicator
- Well‑presented and personable
- Previous experience is not essential for the role as full training will be provided
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- IT literacy
Working Hours
Every other Saturday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with an unpaid 30‑minute lunch break.
