Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a MINI Product Genius to join the Team at their MINI Centre on Trident Park in Blackburn.
The Role
As a MINI Product Genius, you will be the face of the brand representing both MINI and Bowker. You will engage with our customers on a daily basis, within the showroom environment, sharing your knowledge of the MINI products (training will be provided), whilst providing an outstanding level of customer care and generating sales leads by creating excitement amongst customers about the products we offer. Whilst the role is not a ‘sales’ role, your remit will be to share your passion in a pressure-free way, be the go to ‘brand ambassador’ for our customers and ensure they feel valued by understanding them on a personal level whilst providing a bespoke service to find the best option from the MINI range to suit their needs. You will get to embrace the MINI range, live with it and experience it, to allow you to truly bring the driving experience to life.
Skills & Experience
You will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and have a good understanding of what great customer service looks like. A passion for MINI should be a prerequisite for this position. We are looking for a true team player who wants to join our successful Centre and help take us to the next level. You will need a full UK driving licence too, lots of energy and passion and will enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis. Good interpersonal and communication skills are therefore essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm on a rota basis.
