Role Description

This is a contract, remote Retail Account Manager role based in London. The Retail Account Manager will oversee a luxury skincare brand, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring strong, long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing retail accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring sales performance across key channels. The role involves preparing business plans and forecasts, tracking KPIs, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue and profitability for clients. The Retail Account Manager will also support in-store initiatives, resolve client issues promptly, and provide regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, stakeholder management, and portfolio oversight.
  • Experience with Business Planning, including forecasting, retail performance analysis, and growth strategy development.
  • Proven Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets in retail or related sectors.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and present insights clearly.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or luxury retail is highly desirable, along with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in London, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
