The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of a wide range of client projects across our global locations. The role performs various coordinating and administrative tasks that help to ensure that projects deliver on time, on budget and to a high standard. They work closely with the Project Management team, Finance and Business Development teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the setup of project structures and tools
- Work with clients to ensure that all required documentation and assets are provided
- Set up and track invoicing milestones
- Ensure that finance information for each project is up to date
- Brief PM team on documentation and setup structures
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Support PM team with specific tasks for client presentations when required
- Manage the content and structure of the internal knowledge base
- Review and manage holiday requests for Artists
- Organise weekly project review meeting
- Optimise and improve processes, data capture and management tools
Requirements
- Methodical and analytical approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly numerate
- Excellent communication skills to a range of audiences
- Ability to multitask and operate in a high pace environment
- Excellent understanding and experience of Google Sheets and Google workspace
- Experience with GitBook or similar (e.g. Confluence)
- A positive team player able to motivate, support and reassure
- Experience with Zapier or similar task automation tools would be beneficial
- Ideally a background in architectural visualisation, real estate, interior design or marketing
- Work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role would be advantageous
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Miro) advantageous
Salary: £28,800 per annum
