Overview
The role of the Junior Architectural Visualisation Artist is to create photorealistic digital marketing content showing proposed buildings, landscapes, interiors or products for client projects. The primary clients are architects and real estate developers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and produce appealing visualisations from client supplied material
- Collaborate with other artists to produce and refine content
- Achieve photorealistic magazine quality results with rendering engines
- Establish lighting set-ups and compositions under guidance
- Incorporate and adapt content based on feedback
- Additional asset creation (furniture, props etc.)
- Own personal Learning & Development and recording this
- Prepare learning material for Friday showcase sessions
- Provide honest constructive feedback to other Artists
- Contribute to and manage a library of assets
Qualifications
- Experience designing visual content or graphic design layouts
- Familiar with architectural drawings
- Texture/Shader knowledge
- An understanding of animation, animation rigs and anatomy
- Experience of working in a studio environment
- A general understanding of cameras
- A basic knowledge of the Architecture industry
- A positive team player
- 3dsmax experience is desirable
- Familiarity with Corona is desirable
- Ideally a background in architectural visualisation, real estate, interior design or marketing
