Work that matters. You know that feeling when you see work that just gets it – that stops you, makes you lean in, stays with you for days? That’s what we’re after.
For over a decade, we’ve been making images of places that don’t exist yet – and making people feel them. Not just see them. Feel them. That moment when a developer goes quiet because they’ve just glimpsed their vision for the first time. When someone walks through a VR experience and forgets it’s not real. When a single frame makes a room full of investors say yes. That’s the magic. That’s what makes us tick.
We’re a studio of artists, directors, technical pioneers, obsessives. People who care way too much about the fall of light at 4pm. Or the historical accuracy of a chandelier detail. Or the fine line between a composition which is technically accurate and one that people can believe in.
What we’re really looking for:
- Someone who can look at a brief and see the story hiding inside it.
- You will have been doing this for long enough to know when the work is good and when it’s just... fine. And fine isn’t good enough for you.
- You can lead a team through the messy middle of a project – when the client changes their mind, when the deadline compresses, when the thing that looked brilliant at 8pm looks wrong at 8am.
- You bring clarity when everything’s chaos. You make people better just by working alongside them.
- You’re the person artists want feedback from. The person clients trust. The one who somehow makes impossible timelines work without burning everyone out.
- You think in images. You lead through your craft. And you know that the best work happens when you give talented people a clear vision, genuine support, and the space to surprise you.
What you’ll actually do:
- Lead projects that matter. From the quick turnarounds to the flagship stuff – you’ll be working on projects that define what architectural visualisation can be.
- Make your team better. Not by standing over shoulders, but by showing them what’s possible. Push their thinking. Develop their eye. Help them create work they didn’t know they were capable of.
- Own the vision. From the first conversation to workshops to final delivery. Shape the narrative. Perfect the look. Make every frame count.
- Be the bridge. Between what clients think they want and what they actually need. Between ambitious ideas and practical delivery. Between chaos and clarity.
- Protect the work. Know when to fight for the creative and when to be pragmatic.
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 10+ years in archviz – and a portfolio that proves it. Not just pretty pictures. Work with impact.
- A genuine understanding of craft. Composition. Light. Colour. Cinematic language.
- The ability to lead without ego. You’ve mentored people. Managed complex programs.
- Real creative range. You can concept from scratch. You’re well versed in the film storyboard process.
- The stamina for the reality of it. High volume. Quick turns. Multiple projects.
- That thing you can’t teach. You care. About the work, about the people, about getting it right.
What We’ll Give You:
- The setup to succeed. You’ll be paired with a senior production manager handling the logistics.
- Support to evolve. You’ll have time and support to test new approaches.
- Open conversations. Kind, specific feedback and fast decisions.
- A global creative community. Access to brilliant people across three studios.
- Trust. We’re not going to micromanage you.
- The space and help to grow. We’ll help you take your vision for what this work can be to the next level.
