About the pub:

The Boundary on The Green in Caterham is a modern, family‑friendly pub restaurant occupying an enviable location next to the recreation ground at Guards Avenue. This very popular pub has loyal locals and a strong food and drink offer. The Boundary on The Green is currently averaging £30k per week in sales with a 60/40 dry to wet sales mix. The pub has great growth potential on the Sunday food offer, currently has strong drink sales mid week, and runs well attended local community events consistently.

We are looking for a general manager with a strong food background, someone who is passionate about the local community and has proven sales‑driving experience. Management accommodation is available in the form of a 2‑bedroom residence, in good condition with separate private access.
