The Boulevard is Northern Ireland’s only premier Outlet shopping centre, home to over 60 brands. We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in shaping our digital presence, with the core objective to increase sales and footfall.
This is an exciting opportunity for a university student, graduate or entry level professional to gain hands-on experience across several digital marketing channels, with real responsibility from day one. You will work closely with the marketing team to support and deliver engaging campaigns that connect with our audience and drive footfall. We are looking for a vibrant and creative individual with an eye for detail and picking out the best trends.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule and manage content across social platforms
- Monitor engagement and create monthly reports, based on KPI’s set by The Boulevard
- Community management, responding to comments & messages
- Content Creation
- Create engaging photo and video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories). Content must be high quality, creatively diverse and channel appropriate
- Identify social trends and opportunities to grow our audience
- Create social & website graphics using Canva
- Support campaign shoots and on-site high-production content days
- Write compelling captions and digital copy
- Innovation & Ideas
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to campaigns and activations
- Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging platforms
- Test new formats and approaches to improve performance
- Development Opportunities
- Influencer marketing & partnerships
- Email marketing campaigns, using MailChimp software
- Website management
- Reporting, Data & analytics
- Event planning
- Either have a relevant Bachelor level degree in Marketing, Communications or Business related course, or be a student, currently studying and seeking a 1 year placement
- Passionate about social media
- Comfortable speaking to camera and featuring in Social media content
- Positive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Creative and organized
- Excellent communicator
- Independent, self-starter
- Familiar with Cap Cut, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Canva
- Full-time position based in The Boulevard Banbridge, management suite office
- Must be flexible to work weekends and evenings to support brand events & activations
