The Opportunity
Working under the guidance of the Lead Teacher within an agreed system of supervision, you will implement agreed work programmes with individuals or groups, both in and out of the Base. This role requires detailed, specialist knowledge to support the whole planning cycle, manage resources, and deputise for the Lead Teacher on occasion to maintain good order and keep pupils on task.

What You Will Bring
- Level 3 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
- Specialist Expertise in delivering targeted interventions and contributing to resource planning and preparation.

- Strong Communication and organizational skills to work effectively alongside the Lead Teacher and school team.
