Nestled between Marylebone and Mayfair, The BoTree our luxury hotel boasts 199 rooms, including 29 suites, the renowned LAVO restaurant and bar, a nightlife event space, a private screening room and a wellness centre. We are now seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Controller to join our Finance and Food & Beverage teams, supporting all hotel outlets and ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence, and effective cost control across the business. As our Food & Beverage Controller, you will work closely with both operational and finance teams to oversee reporting, stock control, purchasing governance, and financial processes, while supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs, revenue reporting, and margin performance across all outlets.
  • Oversee stock control processes, monthly inventory reconciliations and wastage analysis to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Review purchasing, supplier invoices and procurement processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain and support POS, inventory and procurement systems, ensuring accuracy and operational compliance.
  • Partner with Finance and operational teams to support budgeting, forecasting, audits and performance reviews.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Control, Cost Control or Finance role within hospitality or hotel environments.
  • Strong understanding of stock control, purchasing processes, financial reporting and cost management.
  • Experience using POS, procurement, and inventory systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for luxury hospitality and operational excellence.
