We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Concierge to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
As a Senior Concierge, you are part of the Concierge team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
Our Senior Concierge key responsibilities:
· Enhance smooth daily operations and deliver proactive, personalised guest service.
· Inspire and guide the Concierge team to create lovely guest experiences offering warm, authentic service across arrivals, luggage handling, and the full guest journey.
· Fulfil guest requests with confidence, connecting with services and experiences that elevate and enhance each stay.
· Provide a culture of genuine hospitality, where exceptional service, a sense of welcome, and guest-first thinking is part of everything we do.
What We’re Looking For in our Senior Concierge:
· Experience in Senior Concierge roles within luxury hotels.
· Member of the Golden Keys is preferred but not essential.
· Effective knowledge of Concierge procedures and guest request fulfilment.
· A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
