We are looking for a Public Area Cleaner to join our Housekeeping Team. This role plays an important part in ensuring that all public areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort. Working as part of a dedicated housekeeping team, you will help create a welcoming and immaculate environment for our guests and colleagues alike.

The Role

  • Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, including guest corridors, lobby areas, public washrooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance at all times.
  • Responding promptly to cleaning requests and operational priorities throughout the shift.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Supporting the Housekeeping team with additional cleaning duties as required.
  • Replenishing guest supplies and amenities within public areas.
  • Following all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
