We are looking for a Housekeeping Porter to join our Housekeeping Team. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the department by ensuring linen, supplies and housekeeping equipment are distributed efficiently throughout the hotel, enabling our team to deliver exceptional standards and memorable guest experiences.

The Role

  • Collect, transport and distribute linen, uniforms, guest amenities and housekeeping supplies throughout the hotel.
  • Maintain housekeeping pantries, linen rooms and storage areas in a clean, organised and fully stocked condition.
  • Support Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants and Public Area Cleaners with operational requirements.
  • Deliver guest requests, amenities and housekeeping items promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with stock control and inventory processes for linen and housekeeping supplies.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, shortages, damages of safety hazards promptly.
  • Follow hotel, company and Hilton brand standards for cleanliness, safety and presentation at all times.
