Nestled between Marylebone and Mayfair, our luxury hotel boasts 199 stunning guest rooms, including 29 suites, the renowned LAVO restaurant, two unique bars, an exclusive nightlife event space, a private screening room, and a wellness centre. We are now seeking an exceptional Heart of House Host to work within our talented team in delivering great team experiences. Our Heart of House Host will provide an efficient and welcoming experience to all team members and coordinate the delivery and service of food and drinks and cleanliness of the Team Hub. This is a part time role working 5 shifts per week from 3.30pm - 7.30pm [4 hour shift].
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the Team Hub is fully stocked and prepared for all meal periods by replenishing food, beverages, and service items as needed.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment in the Team Hub at all times.
- Ensure accurate allergen, dietary and menu information is displayed.
- Regular daily cleaning and checks of all equipment including coffee and drinks machines.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock and request reorders when required.
- Display and rotate stock efficiently to ensure product freshness and reduce waste.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming service, contributing positively to the overall team experience.
- Uphold the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage handling practices.
- Respond to any team member requests or queries in a courteous and efficient manner.
