The BoTree Wellness Club is a private members’ club blending wellness, culture and social connection. We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Back of House Attendant to help maintain our luxury wellness spaces and support the smooth running of daily operations.

You will:

  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
  • Prepare and refresh studios, treatment rooms, relaxation areas and public spaces
  • Replenish towels, water, amenities and member supplies
  • Report maintenance, equipment or facility issues promptly
  • Follow health, safety and operational procedures
  • Support the wider wellness and operations teams as needed

About You

You will be:

  • Friendly, professional and reliable
  • Hands-on, organised and detail-focused
  • Passionate about cleanliness, presentation and guest experience
  • Comfortable working in an active role
  • A strong team player with a flexible approach
  • Previous experience in a spa, gym, hotel, wellness club or luxury hospitality environment would be an advantage.
