The BoTree Wellness Club is a private members’ club blending wellness, culture and social connection. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Waiter to support the delivery of an elevated, mindful and memorable food and beverage experience.

As Head Waiter, you will play a key role in leading service on the floor, supporting the team and ensuring our members and guests receive warm, polished and personalised hospitality.

You will:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage service
  • Lead by example, creating a warm and engaging dining experience
  • Support, coach and guide the team during service
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar and leadership teams to ensure a smooth service
  • Anticipate member and guest needs, resolving queries professionally and confidently
  • Help create a calm, welcoming and wellbeing-led environment

About You

You will have previous experience in a quality restaurant, hotel, members’ club or luxury hospitality environment, with the confidence to support others and take ownership during service.

You will be:

  • Experienced in hospitality and restaurant service
  • Confident leading a small team or section
  • Friendly, attentive and service-driven
  • A strong communicator with a calm and professional approach
  • Passionate about guest experience, wellbeing and luxury hospitality
  • Organised, hands-on and able to maintain standards during busy service periods
