The BoTree Wellness Club will be a private members environment where every guest experience is thoughtful, personalised and seamless. We are seeking a Head Host to lead the front-of-house welcome experience and set the tone for every member interaction.
The Role
As Head Host, you will be the face of the Wellness Club, creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring every member feels recognised, valued and connected. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the host team to deliver a warm, professional and highly personalised welcome
- Managing reservations, arrivals and flow within the Wellness Club
- Building strong relationships with members and understanding individual preference
- Coordinating closely with Restaurant, Wellness and Membership teams to ensure seamless service
- Handling guest enquiries, requests and feedback with confidence and care
- Maintaining a calm and organised front-of-house environment at all times
- Training and developing the host team to deliver luxury service standards
- Supporting member events and community engagement initiatives
About You
You are naturally engaging, highly organised and thrive in guest-facing luxury environments.
- Experience as a Head Host, Senior Host or Reception Supervisor in a private members club, luxury restaurant or hotel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- A passion for delivering personalised guest experiences
- Confidence managing busy service periods with professionalism
- A genuine interest in wellbeing, hospitality and community-led environments
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
