We are looking for an Evening Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Team. This role plays a key part in leading the evening housekeeping operation, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort are maintained throughout the hotel. Working closely with the Executive Head Housekeeper you will support the delivery of outstanding guest experience while supervising and developing a team committed to excellence.
The Role
- Supervise the evening housekeeping operation, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort.
- Lead, support and motivate the Evening Housekeeping Team to consistently deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas, ensuring housekeeping standards are consistently achieved and maintained.
- Support the delivery of evening services, including turndown, VIP preparations and special guest requests.
- Liaise closely with Front Office, Engineering, Security and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest experiences.
- Support the onboarding, training and development of team members, providing coaching and guidance to promote engagement and continuous improvement.

You will have experience within a housekeeping operation, ideally within a luxury hotel environment, and understand the important role housekeeping plays in creating memorable guest experiences. Passionate about excellence, you will lead by example, inspire those around you and take pride in delivering impeccable standards, personalised service and attention to detail. You bring energy, a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed, contributing to a culture where both guests and team members can flourish.
