Head of Programming

The BoTree Club is redefining membership by blending fitness, wellness, connection and culture within a world‑class hotel setting.

We are seeking a highly creative Head of Programming to shape and lead our class schedule and experiences calendar for members and hotel guests. Youll be a visible presence in the Club, welcoming members and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our Conscious Luxury ethos.

Working closely with the Director of Wellness, you will :

• Lead the class programming calendar, including all activities in the infrared studio
• Work with instructors and personal trainers to build a balanced, inspiring timetable
• Own the events and experiences calendar across wellness, movement, lifestyle and learning
• Build partnerships with premium brands, specialists and facilitators
• Host and deliver events with a warm, confident and engaging presence
• Manage RSVPs, waitlists, attendance and digital visibility through the Clubs CRM
• Collaborate with Membership, Wellness, F&B and Marketing for seamless delivery
• Monitor engagement data and feedback to continually refine programming
• Ensure every experience meets The BoTrees service, operational and brand standards
