As a Guest Communication Agent, you are part of the front office team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. Our Guest Communication Agent key responsibilities include:
- Part of the front office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest communication and satisfaction.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through warm and welcoming guest service skills.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.
- Foster a culture of guest excellence, service and welcome.
What We're Looking For in our Guest Communication Agent:
- Experience in guest communication roles within luxury hotels.
- Effective knowledge of front office systems and front desk procedures.
- A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
