As Head Host, you will be the face of the Wellness Club, creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring every member feels recognised, valued and connected.
- Leading the host team to deliver a warm, professional and highly personalised welcome
- Managing reservations, arrivals and flow within the Wellness Club
- Building strong relationships with members and understanding individual preferences
- Coordinating closely with Restaurant, Wellness and Membership teams to ensure seamless service
- Handling guest enquiries, requests and feedback with confidence and care
- Maintaining a calm and organised front-of-house environment at all times
- Training and developing the host team to deliver luxury service standards
- Supporting member events and community engagement initiatives
You are naturally engaging, highly organised and thrive in guest-facing luxury environments.
- Experience as a Head Host, Senior Host or Reception Supervisor in a private members club, luxury restaurant or hotel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- A passion for delivering personalised guest experiences
- Confidence managing busy service periods with professionalism
- A genuine interest in wellbeing, hospitality and community-led environments
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
